Steam assessment
Ultrasonic and temperature observations can support steam-trap and leak surveys, but neither method is treated as a standalone pass/fail rule. Instrument suitability, stable operating context and trained interpretation remain essential.
Heat-transfer-fluid lifecycle
Sampling, laboratory analysis, start-up support, flushing, refill, filtration and conditioning are represented as conditional capabilities. Fluid-supplier, OEM and project requirements determine which are applicable.

Calibration and traceability
Confirm the required range, accuracy, resolution, calibration status, certificate traceability, accessories and configuration. A register does not replace a valid certificate or pre-use status check.
Certification and rating
Verify actual voltage category, pressure rating, load capacity, inspection or examination status, environmental limits and compatibility with the test arrangement.
Hazardous areas
Equipment used in a classified area must have the project-accepted certification and protection concept for the actual gas group, temperature class, zone and conditions of use.
Specialist scope
High-voltage, pressure, load, NDT, well-control and safety-system testing remains subject to approved procedures and trained, competent and authorised personnel.
