Knowledge

Technical Library

The Technical Library will provide a controlled collection of official references, open technical documents, original field guides and selected downloadable resources.

Official references

  • References should link to authoritative original publishers.
  • Sources may include regulators, professional bodies, manufacturers and recognised technical institutions.
  • The website should normally link to the original publication rather than retain an uncontrolled copy.

Open technical documents

  • Hosted third-party documents must have clear redistribution rights.
  • Licence and source information must be recorded.
  • Superseded documents must be identified.

Free field aids

Print-ready guidance and checklists for use as planning prompts alongside approved project controls.

Standards directory

  • The directory may identify relevant standards and their subject areas.
  • Proprietary standards will not be copied or reproduced.
  • Visitors will be directed to the official publisher.
